Other News

Please remember to apply sunscreen on your child everyday.  We will be spending more time outside in the summer. Waterproof, sweat proof, long lasting, 45+SPF like” Water Babies by Coppertone” is a recommended brand. Thank you!

Late Pick-up Fees:

Please be sure to pick-up your child at your scheduled time.  There is a late $10.00 fee for every 10 min. you are late with a 5 min. grace time. “Late” refers to any time after your child’s scheduled pick-up time.

Also, we request your promptness in leaving at 5:30 so the teachers can close the school in a timely manner. Please understand although they enjoy every parent, they have worked a very long day and often have evening commitments, we welcome you to stay and visit any other time and always encourage parental involvement.

The Rules are Always the Same:

If your child has trouble leaving school the teachers can assist you. It’s important that your child follows our school rules even when “Mom and Dad” are here.

Summer Substitutes:

We wanted to let everyone know that during the summer we will have all positions filled with full-time staff members, but many of them are going on vacations and will be taking additional time off, but rest assured we have Mr. Collin, Miss Brooke, Miss Kendra and other and part-time staff, available to help out as needed.

Children’s Shoes:

Sandals with straps are great, as are sneakers.  Both are appropriate and reinforce the gross motor skills that your child needs to develop.  Flip Flops do none of this and are not very safe on the playground when combined with running, jumping, and age appropriate movement that children ages 2-6 like to participate in at school.  So, please save the flip flops for relaxing at home and week-ends. If your children question why teachers and staff are permitted to wear flip flops here at Foresight it is because as adults we have developed our gross motor skills and we don’t have as much running and jumping to do outside...

August 1st will be the start of our fall classes for the year 2017-2018.  Many enrolled families attend year round (June & July) which does not require you to do anything. Please know we do our very best to accommodate our current students’ schedules, but that we have had a surge of new enrollment and must fill all available spots.  Please refer to our registration policies for schedule priorities, and feel free to talk to Beth or Kori if you have any questions or special requests.

Please remember we cannot accept cash payments.  We can only accept checks, money orders, or cashier’s checks.

Thank You so much!!!!!
